John married Louise Julia [Ruttiger] on November 5, 1900 in Goldendale. Their son Alvin Arthur Ganguin paid the ultimate sacrifice and gave his life in the service in his country when he died while held as a prisoner of war by the Japanese in the Philippines. John passed away on October 9, 1947 at the age of 75 in Goldendale. He is buried on 5th Street, Lot 8. Glover Rites Held Here Roy Henry Glover was born on July 15, 1890 in Goldendale, Washington to Mary and Waldo Glover. In 1910, Roy married Helen Henderson in Portland, Oregon. He served overseas in WWI and tried to enlist for WWII. He obtained a law degree, practicing in Washington and Oregon, and then Montana. In 1943, Roy joined Anaconda Copper Mining Co. In 1955, Roy became the chairman of the board for Anaconda, becoming a "Top Industrial Executive" in the United States. Roy died of a massive heart attack in Washington D.C. on March 31, 1958.

Victor Gobat had a jewelry store in Goldendale in the 1880's; his occupation was listed as "watchmaker". In the September 27, 1888 Goldendale newspaper, Victor is cited as "moving into his brick building, the first one to be completed here" [Goldendale]. She was married on January 31, 1915 to Freeman R. Grow in Eureka, Lincoln, Montana. The Grow family ultimately settled in Klickitat County, Washington, where her husband Freeman died in 1964.
