Christine A. Gulley

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, 2001, in Bateman-Carroll Funeral Chapel for Christine A. Gulley, who died Sept. 25 at age 78. Another memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1, in Goldendale United Methodist Church in Goldendale, Wash. Mrs. Gulley was born Christine A. Roush on Sept. 11, 1923, in Goldendale. She founded the Crystal Lake School of Music in Illinois and operated it for about eight years. In 1975, she moved to Gresham and was an office manager for Harris Stud Mill, part of Vanport Manufacturing, in Boring until retiring. In 1942, she married Wilmer V. Gulley; he died in 1959.

Survivors include her daughters, Joyce DeBeir and Jacqueline Sande; sons, Jeffery and Steven; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Interment in Mt. View Cemetery in Goldendale.
