"Thelma E. Gadeberg of Kent died May 18, 1996, at Hillhaven Care Center. She was 89. She was born Oct. 17, 1906 in Goldendale and lived in the Valley area for 30 years. She married Lloyd Gadeberg in 1926. She was a homemaker and enjoyed knitting, gardening, playing bingo and spending time with her friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Gadeberg, in 1965, and her daughter, Donna Ridley, in 1988. Two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren survive her. A private graveside service will be held June 8 in Goldendale. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements by Marlatt Funeral Home."
