RECEIVED SAD NEWS

G. Meade Emory, the well-known attorney of this city, today received a telegram bringing the sad news of the death of his cousin, Dennis Emory, yesterday at Syracuse, N.Y., where his father is a prominent businessman. Dennis Emory had recently been suffering from a long spell of typhoid fever, and the latest mail advises from him had reported that he was recovering.
