CRUSHED BY CAR

While at play this morning, Andrew Ducan, a 6-year-old boy was injured, possibly fatally, by a Beacon Hill car. The boy, who lives with his parents at 1210 Weller st., was playing on Eleventh av., S. at about 11:30 with a number of companions.

Beacon Hill car No. 102 approached and in some way the boy was jostled onto the track, struck down by the car and his left leg crushed above the ankle. Internal injuries are also feared.

The injured lad was taken to the Seattle General hospital, where physicians are now in attendance upon him.
