TO REGAIN HER CHILD

Superior Judge Tallman this afternoon issued a writ of habeas corpus on petition of Mrs. Maud Schwingler, who claims her ex-husband, Herman Schwingler, kidnapped their 6-year-old boy from her home, 3026 Second avenue, yesterday afternoon.

The writ is directed against Schwingler, who is alleged to be illegally restraining the boy of his liberty and the care and protection of his legal guardian.

Schwingler is believed to have taken the child to Ellensburg, and the writ will be sent there for service.
