While driving down a steep hill in the vicinity of Port Blakeley, Friday afternoon, Mrs. N. E. Margretts and her mother, Mrs. Irving Ballard, were thrown from their carriage and seriously injured. They are now under the care of Dr. Truax, of Fort Ward. Mrs. Margretts is the wife of Lieutenant Margretts fo the post.
