WANTED PIE FOR EVERY MEAL---DIVORCE GRANTED

Fullmer Armour made things disagreeable for his wife for a number of months by demanding pie for every meal, whether it was convenient or not, according to the story told by his wife, Rosa S. Armour, in a trial for divorce in Judge Morris' court this morning.

The plaintiff stated to the court that she was annoyed by the frequent requests for pastry, and by verbal insults offered her by her husband until April of this year when he left her, taking $50, which was all the money in the house, the jewelry which he had given her previous to the marriage, and some of her clothes. The divorce was granted.
