He married Florence Winters on February 16, 1937 in Goldendale, Klickitat County. He was an entrepreneur in Sherman County, owning the "Little Brown Jug" saloon, and being a part of the firm Wallis & Venable. George died at the age of 26 on August 15, 1908 after an accident where he hemorrhaged after an amputation from a Railway accident in St. Mary's, Walla Walla, Washington.

He served in the civil war in Company I of the 2nd Regiment and Company L of the 15th Regular Kansas Volunteer Cavalry.   Christopher married the widowed Thirza [Williams] Timms in 1853.   The Wards settled in Klickitat County in 1882.   Christopher passed away at the age of 85 in Goldendale on February 19, 1913. John headed west when he was young, first to Illinois, then to California, and finally to Portland in 1861. In 1866, he married Frances Rebecca [Ross] in Portland, Oregon. The Washburn family were Klickitat Pioneers, arriving in 1869.   John passed away in Goldendale at the age of 84 on June 4, 1917.

Dora married George Wilson on March 26, 1930 in Vancouver, Clark, Washington. George would die five short years later on February 4, 1935. Dora Emma Wilson passed away on October 18, 1949 in Clark County, Washington at the age of 69. She is buried in Plot: Block Section 134 Lot 1.   [Researcher Note: I diligently looked for Dora's gravestone. Her grave is located in the same lot as her both her first husband William Edwin Robertson and her husband George Wilson. W E Roberton's gravestone is a relatively large upright stone; however, I noted no stone for Dora or George. The grass was several inches high so it is just possible that if theirs were very small stones, they could be missed.]
