Ranch Fire Takes 3 Lives

"Darrell E. Warring, his Son, and School-Mate of Latter Die As Blaze Destroys Two-Story Residence on Lower Ranch of Dewey Beeks; Mrs. Warring Escapes By Climbing Down Tree Beside House.

A father, his eight-year-old son, and the latter's school-mate ?? lost their lives when a midnight blaze destroyed their ranch house at Sundale Station southeast of Goldendale last Friday night. The victims were Darrell E. Warring, age 30, his son Billy, and Ronald Olsen. The other occupant of the two-story house narrowly escaped death by climbing down a tree which grew beside the ranch house. She was Mrs. Dora Warring, who told officers how to attempted unsuccessfully to arouse her husband and the two boys. Although suffering from bruises and slight burns, she drove to... "
