Masonic services for Severins E. Young, 76, of 4333 Bagley Avenue will be held at 1 o’clock tomorrow in the Clark Rafferty & Putnam Chapel. Cremation will follow.
Mr. Young, known as “Si” to his friends, died Wednesday at his home after a long illness. A sheet metal worker, he retired in 1952. He was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He came to Seattle in 1905 after participating in the gold rush in Alaska.
Mr. Young was a member of Century Lodge No. 208, F. & A.M.; Victory Court, Order of Amaranth and Local 99, Sheet Metal Workers’ Union.
Surviving are his wife, Oma and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Fola L. Johnson, Seattle.
