Mrs. William F. Stratton

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary W. Stratton, 85, who died in a hospital Wednesday, were scheduled in Forkner’s Chapel today with burial in Evergreen.

Mrs. Stratton was born in New South Wales, Australia. She went to Salt Lake City with her parents when a child. She came to Seattle as a bride in 1892. Her husband, William F. Stratton, died in 1919.

Survivors are two sons, Ephriam F. Stratton, 5218 42nd Avenue Southwest, with whom she lived and William R. Stratton, Lynnwood; a sister, Mrs. Ada Paul, Cardston, Alberta; a brother, Henry Walkey, Vancouver, British Columbia; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
