Frederick Rayond Zeller, 15, of 2620 W. Sylvester St., died Friday of carbon-monoxide poisoning. Born Nov. 5, 1952, at the U.S. Army Hospital, Camp Hanford, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor T. Zeller. Frederick was an eighth-grade student at Isaac Stevens Junior High School. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are brothers, Bryan and Michael, and his grandfather, Fred H.
