Joseph Frederick Theodore Linde Family

Joseph Frederick Theodore LINDE  was born 17 Sep 1874 in Liden, Vasternorrland, Sweden a son of Johan LINDE. He died 18 Sep 1940 in Bellingham, Whatcom, Washington from a horse kick. Joseph married Alida Kristina OSLIN on 9 Sep 1899 in Liden, Vasternorrland, Sweden. She was born on 19 Jun 1881 in Liden, Vasternorrland, Sweden and died 20 Feb 1932 in Bellingham, Whatcom, Washington from a cerebral hemmorage. She actually had the flu during the epidemic and made a full recovery. They are buried in Enterprise Cemetery. Joseph and Alida came through Ellis Island on the "Cedric", arriving in port on 10 Jul 1908. A few days later they family boarded a train and began their journey to the Northwest and Bellingham. They were met by the SELANDER family and a few months later purchased the home of Beda (SELANDER) MUNSON in Pleasant Valley, Whatcom, Washington and lived there for many years.

1. Olof Ragnar (O.R.) LINDE was born 1 Jun 1900 in Liden, Vasternorrland, Sweden and died 25 Oct 1992 in Seattle, King, Washington. He married twice, first to Helen Maurine COLVIN, and then to Maria TURISON.
   
   
2. Bror Henry LINDE was born 19 Jan 1902 in Liden, Vasternorrland, Sweden and died 25 Sep 1976 in Bellingham, Whatcom, Washington. He married Rachel Maude Rae LAY on 15 Aug 1932 in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah.  Rachel was the daughter of John William and Cynthia V (ALLEN) LAY, born 22 Nov 1906 in Idaho. Both are buried in Enterprise Cemetery.
   
   
3. Ranghilde Linnea LINDE was born 13 Oct 1903 in Liden, Vasternorrland, Sweden and died 11 Aug 1987 in Bellingham, Whatcom, Washington and was buried 17 Aug 1987 in Enterprise Cemetery. She married Oscar Johannes SAFESTEN on 31 Dec 1925 in Whatcom County, Washington.
   
   
4. Helge *Edmund LINDE was born 16 Nov **1906 Liden, Vasternorrland, Sweden and died 23 Jul 1984 in Bellingham, Whatcom, Washington. He was died 23 Jul 1984. He married Mary Ellen DONALD 21 Apr 1928 in Bellingham who was born 18 Oct 1909 in Bellingham, Whatcom, Washington and died 7 Jun 1981.  Both are buried in Bayview Cemetery. Mary Ellen was the daughter of Thomas and Mary Ellen (WELLS) DONALD.
   Note: *Burial record has name as Edward; **Social Security has year as 1905.
   
   
5. Sigrid Augusta Margareta LINDE was born about December 1907 in Sweden and died 6 May 1972 in King Co., Washington. She was married to Isak Victor REYNOLDSON on 9 Sep 1931 in Bellingham. Isak was born 13 Aug 1897 and died in August 1959.
   
   
6. Fritz Theodore LINDE was born 12 Jul 1909 in Pleasant Valley, Whatcom, Washington and died 20 Apr 2005 in West Seattle, King, Washington. He married Mildred ANDREWS on 4 Jan 1936.
   
   
7. Cemoria Alida Maria LINDE was born 5 May 1911 in Kickerville, Whatcom, Washington, and died 10 sep 1993 in Renton, King, Washington. She married Alvas John FRANKMAN, 10 Oct 1931 in Pleasant Valley, Whatcom, Washington.  Alvas was born 17 Feb 1901 in Arkansas and died 13 Sep 1997.
   
   
8. Victor Elov LINDE was born 4 Mar 1913 in Pleasant Valley, Whatcom, Washington and died 15 Apr 1987 in Ferndale, Whatcom, Washington. He married Minnie Virginia MUNSON on 17 Aug 1936 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
   
   
9. Alfred Ferdinand LINDE was born 21 Jun 1916 in Ferndale, Whatcom, Washington and died 29 Mar 1995, and was buried 3 Apr 1995 in Fernadale. He married Dorothy May HAMILTON on 30 Nov 1938 in Bellingham, Whatcom, Washington.
