A very pretty reception was held at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. James LYNN
the former home of the bride at Grand Mound Tuesday evening from 8:30 to
12 for the bride and groom, Mr. and Mrs. John Vincent PADDEN who were married
in Seattle at 10 a.m. at the Catholic Cathedral. The house was beautifully
decorated, the dining room in pink and the other rooms in white peonies and
white roses, with Japanese laterns extending along the front of the house.
Among the guests were Mr. and Mrs. J. B. DULIA and Miss GARFUNKLE of Seattle,
and many friends from Tenino, Bucoda, Centralia, and Grand Mound. A delicious
