John Arntzen Family

John ARNTZEN was born 27 May 1883 in Sorvagen, Norway to Andreas Jorgen ARNTZEN and his wife Sara Elise KRISTOFFERSEN. The family came to Whatcom County in 1899 residing first in Fairhaven and about 1909 moving to the Whitehorn community near Blaine. John married 15 Jul 1905 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA to Dora Christina HANSEN who was born 17 Jul 1886 in Manistee, Manistee, MI to Hans Peter HANSEN and his wife Christine Sofia JENSEN. John died in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA 25 Jun 1956 and Dora died in Ferndale, Whatcom, WA 22 Feb 1973, both are buried at Greenacres Memorial Park.

Hester Christine ARNTZEN was born 23 May 1906 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA; she married 30 Jan 1927 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA, Melvin HAUGEN who was born 16 Dec 1895 to Ole and Ingeborg (PEDERSEN) HAUGEN and died 2 Aug 1990. Hester (ARNTZEN) HAUGEN died 11 Feb 1961 in Blaine, Whatcom, WA.
John ARNTZEN was born in September 1907 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA and died 3 Oct 1907 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA. John is buried in Bayview Cemetery.
Marion Beulah ARNTZEN was born 9 Mar 1909 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA. She married 24 Dec 1928 in Ferndale, Whatcom, WA Milton GULLETTE who was born 20 Jun 1898 to Frank and Julia (LACK) GULLETT and died October, 1977. Marion Beulah (ARNTZEN) GULLETTE died 8 Jun 1994 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA. They are buried in Greenacres Cemetery.
Harold ARNTZEN was born 16 Feb 1911 in Blaine, Whatcom, WA. He married 30 Jun 1934 in Everson, Whatcom, WA, Hattie WARDELL who was born 15 May 1913 to George and Ella (ASPLUND) WARDELL. Harold m(2) Wanda. Harold died 26 Nov 2000 in Everson, Whatcom, WA and is buried in Greenacres Cemetery.
June Lenora ARNTZEN was born 18 Jun 1916 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA. She married 20 Jun 1936 in Mt. Vernon, Skagit, WA, Walter James GRINTON who was born 20 Jun 1915 in Armstrong, British Columbia to James Chadwick and Nellie Ginders (BIRD) GRINTON. Walter died 2 Apr 2000.
