Lois was born on 22 July 1858 at Yao Creek, in Dixon County, NE. She died on 22 July 1940 in Bellingham, Whatcom,WA. She was buried in Enterprise Cemetery, Ferndale, WA. Thomas BICE was among the first settlers on California creek. He was buried on 30 April 1956 in Blaine Cemetery, Blaine, Whatcom, WA Frank married (1) Stella Lillian Olive BANKS, 8 July 1907 at Ferndale, Whatcom, WA. Stella was born in 1888; she died 28 March 1908 in Blaine, Whatcom, WA and was buried in Enterprise Cemetery. Frank married (2) Elsie GOTCHY daughter of Joseph W. GOTCHY [name changed from GAUTHIER] and Angeline M. (LEDUC) GOTCHY. Elsie was born on 20 November 1880 in Eau Pleine, Portage, WI. She died on 20 July 1939 in Blaine, Whatcom, WA. She was buried on 22 July 1939 in Enterprise Cemetery, Custer, Whatcom, WA.

  2. Annie Elizabeth BICE was born on 26 February 1880 near Custer, Whatcom, WA. She died on 3 December 1947 in Bellingham, WA. Annie married (1) 1 August 1898 at Custer, Whatcom, WA, Harry PARCHER, who was born in Port Huron, MI, about 1870, son of Ira and Mary E. (LONG) PARCHER. Harry PARCHER died before September, 1905. Annie married (2) 30 September 1905 at Maple Falls, Whatcom, WA, Edward Warren REED, who was born in Chapin, IL, about 1876,  and was the son of John and Jane (CLARK) REED.   3. George Nicholas BICE was born on 15 August 1882 near Custer, Whatcom, WA and died 16 August 1967. George married Ora S. WYRICK, 14 October 1908 in Blaine, Whatcom, WA. Ora was born 26 Mar 1883 in Kansas and died 18 August 1951 in Sedro Woolley, Skagit, WA. He also married Susan HAAN who was born about 1893 and died 25 December 1977 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA; she is buried in Enterprise Cemetery. There were two other marriages but the names are not known.

  4. Albert Henry (Bert) BICE was born on 19 October 1884 near Custer, Whatcom,WA. He died on 22 January 1968. Albert married in 17 September 1912 in New Westminster, B. C., Canada, Ethel BARRETT who was born 19 August1893 in Chicago, Cook, IL to Horace and Emma J. (SMITH) BARRETT and died 21 May 1995.

  5. Olive May BICE was born on 25 December 1886 at California creek, near Custer, Whatcom,WA. She died on 26 August 1970. Olive married 22 August 1906 at California Creek, near Custer, Whatcom, WA, Sheridan BAINTER, son of James and Elizabeth (STULTS) BAINTER. Sheridan was born  23 October 1872 in Nebraska and died 4 December 1954 in Bellingham, Whatcom, WA. They are buried in Enterprise Cemetery.
