The Whatcom Genealogical Society begins the new season of meetings in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall. Noel Bourasaw of the Skagit River Journal of History & Folklore will present an introduction to the concept and dream for his website and books; and then provide a special history show featuring Mark Twain in Fairhaven (1895); the NY Times columnist Frank Wilkeson; and the notorious Marshal Winfield Scott Parker of Fairhaven (1890s).
