"Searching the Fourth Corner for Roots and Branches"

Welcome to our corner of the world.  We are located in the northwest corner of Washington State near the Canadian border.  The Peace Arch is in our logo.  Our meetings are held in Bellingham at St. Paul's Episcopal Church,  2117 Walnut Street on the second Monday at 7:00 p.m.  Visitors are always welcome and we hope that you will join us.

Monday, September 13, 2010, 7 p.m.:

The Whatcom Genealogical Society begins the new season of meetings in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Parish Hall. Noel Bourasaw of the Skagit River Journal of History & Folklore will present an introduction to the concept and dream for his website and books; and then provide a special history show featuring Mark Twain in Fairhaven (1895); the NY Times columnist Frank Wilkeson; and the notorious Marshal Winfield Scott Parker of Fairhaven (1890s).
