Longview Daily News-Monday, February 22, 1960 Page 13 WARREN – Mrs. Lettie S., 94, of Cathlamet, died Feb. 20 in a local hospital. Born July 23, 1865, in Mariaville, Maine, she came to the west coast in 1887 and to Cathlamet as a bride in 1892. Mrs. Warren was a charter member of the Cathlamet Congregational Church and Cathlamet Woman’s Club, was a member of the Dorcas Fellowship, and a life member of the Order of Eastern Star. Surviving are six nieces, Mrs. Agnes Larsen and Mrs. Mable McGowan of Cathlamet, Mrs. Frances Mooers of Skamokawa, Mrs. Florence Griffith of Corvallis, Ore., Mrs. Hazel Stuart of Longview, and Mrs. Edith Shaver of Portland; and five nephews, Clarence White of Cathlamet, Walter Hazlem and Ralph Smith of Portland, Frank Smith of Salem, and Waldon Hazel of Morro Bay, Calif. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Cathlamet Congregational Church with the Rev. E. T. Eberhart officiating. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery. Those desiring to offer an expression of sympathy are asked to make a contribution to the Congregational Church Memorial Fund. The Dowling Funeral Home is in charge.
