Wahkiakum Eagle-June 1997 WAGGONER, Bill Age 41, of Kirkland, died of complications from lymphoma. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jack and Elaine Edwards of Abernathy Road, Longview; his son, Ryan; brothers, Larry and Christopher; sisters, Linda and Cathy; his grandmother, Loreta Macdonald of Napa, Calif.; nieces and nephews. He had lead an active life in the Kirkland area including chairman of the Kirkland Planning commission. While still in school he performed in musical productions and later in community productions. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in drama with a minor in business in 1979 at the University of California at Davis. His participation in the Friends of Skamokawa annual musical/comedy revues were a natural for him. Even when his schedule became too busy for him to travel from Kirkland and participate on stage, he always attended the revues and performed behind-the-scenes tasks. In spite of his failing health, he attended the 1996 and 1997 revues to lend support where needed. No burial place mentioned ca 1956-12 Jun 1997 (As transcribed by the Wahkiakum County Historical Society 2005 from original newspaper collection.)
