(Millett) Allen. She was raised in Grays Harbor and attended schools in Ocean Shores, Moclips, Hoquiam and Aberdeen. In December 1975, she married David W. Frank, Sr. They lived in Bay Center for one year and then moved to Raymond, before moving to the North Beach area. The couple divorced in 1979. In the mid-1970s, she worked at the Ocean Shores Marine and a travel trailer service in Ocean City. In 1982 she started working as a clerk at Johnson's Mercantile in Ocean City. She married Noel J. 'Beaver' Forsythe III in June 1982 in Copalis Beach, and they divorced in 1992. On November 17, 1996, she married Ronald Tarabochia in Montesano. He was killed in the same crabbing boat accident that claimed her life. She had lived in Skamokawa for four years, had dug clams in the Willapa Bay area and had worked as a gillnetter out of Westport. For the past year, she had set crab pots and ran a long line out of Westport. Her fishing took her to the Columbia, Willapa and Chehalis river areas. She enjoyed macramé, beach combing, drawing and painting flowers, horses, Disney characters and such. She also liked to sing and play video games with her son and other family members. At her Skamokawa home, she was able to create her own animal sanctuary and make a home for many stray and wandering animals. She nursed the dogs, cats, birds and sea life back to health, then released them to the wilds. Survivors include a son, David W. Frank, Jr. of Bellingham; a daughter, Kira Forsythe of Lake Stevens; a stepson, Christopher Tarabochia of Napavine; a step-daughter, Tina Tarabochia of Napavine; her mother and step-father, Carolyn and Richard Tackett of Rochester; her father, Kirby Allen of Battle Ground; two sisters, Kathleen K.
