Wahkiakum Co. Eagle-July 1992 MORRIS, Louise Age 85, of 2405 Osprey Lane, Kelso, died at Americana nursing home in Longview. She was born in Marion, Ore., to Goldsmith and Nevada L. (Wood) Collins, and moved to many Oregon towns during her childhood. She married Caldwell "Kelly" Morris on Nov. 14, 1928 in Tillamook, Ore. and lived in Youngs River, Ore., where Mr. Morris worked for Crown Willamette. In 1932, they moved to Cathlamet, where he worked as a scaler. He was killed Nov. 11, 1969, in a car accident. She sold their home in May of 1980 and moved to Kelso. She loved to crochet and sew when she was younger. She had a large post-card collection and also collected many books. She enjoyed tracing her genealogy. Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen M. Janke of Kelso and Evelyn L. Huerd of Vancouver; four grandchildren; 10 great-grand- children; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Collins, on 01 Dec. 1982; a sister, Kathleen Fletcher, on 29 Jun 1987; and a grandson, Wayne Reid on 18 Jun 1972. Graveside services were Wednesday. Dahl's Ditlevsen-Moore Funeral Home, Kelso and Dowling Funeral Home, Cathlamet working together was in charge.
