Wahkiakum Eagle-April 2001 LLOYD, Florence 'Flo' Age 62, a Hood River, Ore. resident. She was born in Mandan, N. Dak., to Egil and Edith (Weisser) Haugen. She moved to Washington as a child and graduated from Wahkiakum High School in 1955. That same year she married John Lloyd and in 1959 they moved to Hood River. She worked for the Hood River Valley School District for 30 years retiring in 1996. She was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church on Puget Island. She loved children, reading, camping and flowers. Survivors include her daughter, Melinda Feiler of Hood River; a son, Dennis of Carson; two sisters, May Cole of Salem, Ore., and Helen Ohrberg of Puget Island; three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Her parents, her husband John in 1995 and a brother, Elmer Haugen, preceded her in death. Funeral services were held in Hood River.
