Wahkiakum Co. Eagle-October 1995 LINDSEY, Marion Lucille Age 63, died at her Skamokawa home. She was born at Cheyenne, Wyo., the daughter of Silas and Ethel Freeman. She and her late husband, George, were dairy farmers in the Skamokawa area for 27 years. He died Feb. 25, 1995. She was a member of the Wahkiakum Dairy Wives, the Skamokawa Grange, a 4-H leader and a Cub Scout den mother. She enjoyed cake decorating, raising cattle and her family. Survivors include a daughter, Sharron Goodman of Olympia; three sons, Orville, John and William Lindsey, all of Skamokawa; four sisters, Alice Crosson, Shelton; Marjorie Taylor, Caldwell, Ida., Ruth Anderson, Shelton and Pearl Barnes, Coos Bay, Ore.; three brothers, Darold Freeman, Shelton, Loren Freeman, Middleton, Ida., Donald Freeman, Nampa, Ida.; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were at Dowling Funeral Home. They were in charge.
