The Daily News-June 1985 Longview, Wa. Albert Norman Larsen Age 65, of Longview, died in a local hospital. He was born at Chester, Mont., and had lived in the Longview area for the past 29 years, coming from Puget Island. He was a retired filter plant operator for Weyerhaeuser Co. and a member of the AWPPW Union. He was also a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and the Sons of Norway, both on Puget Island; Longview Elks Lodge 1514 and Cathlamet VFW. His wife, Jean Larsen, survives him at home. Also surviving are a daughter, Janet Higgins of San Francisco; a son, Stephen Larsen of Seattle; a sister, Olivia Burton of London, England; three brothers, Hebert Larsen of Everett, Clyde Larsen of Seattle and Clifford Larsen of San Anselmo Calif.; and several nieces and nephews. Services were Saturday at Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Don Brown officiating. Burial place unknown 02 Feb 1920-19 Jun 1985 (As transcribed by the Wahkiakum County Historical Society Museum)
