Goldie Rose Kehrli, 78, of Cathlamet, died Feb. 21, 2005.

She was born March 5, 1926, in Bonesteel, S.D., and graduated from high school there in 
1943. She moved to Longview in 1943 and to Cathlamet in 1946.

Mrs. Kehrli was a postal clerk in Cathlamet from 1965 to 1987.

On Oct. 20, 1946, she married Al Kehrli. He survives her. Also surviving are two sons, 
Alan Kehrli and John Kehrli; two brothers, Bernie Peterson and Gary Peterson; two 
sisters, Deloris Beck and Rozella Walters; and two grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Savior Lutheran Church of 
Puget Island. The viewing will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. 
Saturday at Dowling Funeral Home in Cathlamet. Committal will take place at Longview 
Memorial Park.
