JASPERS, Anne R.
	
  Age 76, of Puget Island, died in a Portland hospital.  She was born 
at Buxton, Ore., and had been a resident of Puget Island since 1954.
  She was a graduate of St. Vincent's University Hospital of Nursing, 
was a member of the State Register of Nursing.  She was employed as an 
office nurse for Dr. H. D. Fritz of Cathlamet for 23 years.
  She was also a member of the Puget Island Grange and the Cathlamet 
Congregational Church.
  She is survived by her husband, Louis, at home; a brother, Otto 'Doc' 
Ornduff of Newberg, Ore., and numerous nieces and nephews.
  Memorial services were Saturday at the Cathlamet Congregational 
Church with Rev. Everett Groves and Rev. Lester Soberg, co-officiating.
  Dowling Funeral Home was in charge.
