Wahkiakum County Eagle-September 1996 Genevieve Judith Harrison Naselle native, age 77, died in Medford, Ore., her home for the past eight years. She was born in Naselle, to Andrew and A. Irene (Gasjarvi) Johnson. She received her education in Naselle and on Nov. 7, 1941, married Clarence Harrison there. Her husband owned Arco Distributors in Hillsboro, Ore., and she was the bookkeeper there for 15 years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and music. Her husband and five brothers preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Hammack of Medford and Judy Cruden of Huntersville, N. C.; two brothers, Bill Johnson of Vancouver, and Dan Johnson of Hillsboro; three sisters, Vivian Shaw and Ilah Hill, both of Vancouver, and Eleanore O'Conner of Naselle; and four grandchildren. Private family services were held in Naselle. Penttila's Chapel by the Sea, Long Beach, handled the arrangements.
