The Daily News-Longview, Wa.-September 1965 FAUVER, John B. Age 49, of Chinook, died at home. He was born at Spring Valley, Minn., and received his schooling in Minnesota. He was the owner of the Megler Café at Megler. He was a member of the Chinook Lutheran Church and the Don Grable Post of the American Legion of Ilwaco, and a veteran of WWII. Survivors include the widow, Lydia; two daughters, April and Joan; two sons, Jack and Douglas, all at home in Chinook; his mother, Blanche Fauver of Long Beach; four brothers, James of Grays River, George of Seaview, David of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Robert of Deep River; one sister, Mrs. Arnold Reeder of Madras, Ore. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Chinook Lutheran Church with Rev. Chris Bruland officiating. Penttila'a Chapel by the Sea was in charge.
