Wahkiakum Eagle-November 1998 DIDRICKSEN, Robert Age 77, died in Olympia. He was born on Puget Island the son of John and Petra Didricksen. On April 24, 1954 he was married to Agnes ‘Margie' Krawczyk in Longview. For the past 44 years the couple had lived at Olympia. He served with the Coast Guard from 1942 to 1946 at Seaside and Cannon Beach, Ore., and Honolulu. He was a commercial fisherman on the Columbia River and in Alaska, worked in the lumber industry and was owner and operator of Dairy Queen facilities in Olympia and Lacey. He was a member of the board of directors of Dairy Queen of the Pacific Northwest and served as president in 1965. He was a member of the Capitol City Golf club, Alaska Fishermans Union and the Lacey Daisys Square Dance club. Survivors include his wife, at home in Olympia; two sisters, Frida Morrison of Portland and Austa Reuter of Yakima. Services will be Friday at St. Michaels. Mills and Mills Funeral Home is in charge.
