Evelyn Clark

  Mrs. Evelyn S. Clark, 41, a resident of Puget Island for 
the past eight years, died May 30 in Longview.  She was 
born September 7, 1926, in Owosso, Michigan.
  Survivors include three sons, Gary L. Huber in the U.S. 
Army, Lennie L. Clark of Seattle and Michael J. Clark of 
Puget Island; one daughter, Jacqueline of Puget Island; her 
mother, Frances Ann Vertz of Vancouver; one sister, Wilma 
Dalton of Vancouver; four brothers, Guy R. Johnson of 
Skamokawa, James O. Johnson of Clyde, Ohio, Raymond T. 
Johnson of Tillamook, Ore., and Elmer Johnson of Dallas, 
Tex.
  Services were held Monday in the Dowling Funeral Chapel 
with Rev. Wesley Hobkirk officiating.  Interment was in 
Greenwood cemetery.  Dowling Funeral Home was in charge.
