BJORGE, Maurice Arthur

  Age 80, longtime Cathlamet area resident, died in a Bainbridge
Island nursing home.
  He was born in Minneapolis Minn., and came to Puget Island with his 
parents when he was a child.  He was a carpenter.
  Survivors include a sister, Gidskin McCormic of Bainbridge Island; 
three nephews, Wallace Bjorge of Kelso, Glenn Bjorge of Puget Island 
and Bob McCormic of Bainbridge Island; a niece, Karen Beierle, also of 
Bainbridge; eight great-nieces, seven great-nephews, three- great-
great-nephews and one great-great-niece.
  Graveside services were Tuesday at the cemetery with Rev. Rev. 
Everett Groves officiating.
  Dowling Funeral Home, Cathlamet, was in charge.
