Wahkiakum Co. Eagle-September 25, 1975 Marie A. Bjorge Age 71, of Longview, died at home. She was born in Norway, and had lived on Puget Island for 27 years before coming to Longview in 1971, and was a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran church and Wahcoma Chapter of OES. Survivors include two sons, Glenn of Puget Island, and Wallace of Kelso; six sisters, Raggie Lee of Hawthorne, Calif., Anna McDaniel of Newhall, Calif., Clara Petersen of Cathlamet, Ethel Prestegard of Hoquiam, Hulda McKee of Saugus, Calif., and Esther McKee of North Hollywood, Calif.; one brother, Laurence Nepsund of North Hollywood; a brother-in-law, Maurice Bjorge of Puget Island, and sister-in-law, Gidskin McCormic of Bainbridge; nine grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. Services were held Friday at Our Saviour’s Lutheran church on Puget Island with Rev. Glenn Larsen officiating. Dowling Funeral Home was in charge. Marie A.
