Wahkiakum Eagle- February 2000 BEACH, Delores Aurelia Age 80, died in Cathlamet. She was born in Lawrence, Nebr., the daughter of Conrad J. and Margaret Buesher Hoelting. She graduated from Lawrence high school in 1937 and received a teaching certificate from the University. She taught the third grade as a young woman. She and her husband, Dwight Beach lived in Spokane for 25 years before moving to Kelso. He died in 1974. She has been a resident of Cathlamet since 1993 and was a member of St. Catherine Catholic church. Surviving are six daughters, Diane Faulkner, Annette Beach and Patsy Brannon, all of Spokane, Paula Dahl of Battle Ground and Elane Beach and Trine McGuire, both of Portland; two sons, Allen Beach of Ephrata and Gary Beach of Puyallup; a sister, Leona Brown of Plainview, Minn.; 21 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass was held Saturday at St. Catherine. Rosary was Friday in Dowling Funeral Home. Father Michael Murphy will officiate. Dowling Funeral Home is in charge.
