Wahkiakum Co. Eagle-October 1997 Andring, Laura Mildred Age 86, long-time Naselle resident, died in a Vancouver care center, where she had resided for the past year. She was born in Wilson, Wis., and had lived in Naselle for more than 60 years. She was the proprietor of an electric home supply store in Naselle. A member of the Audobon Society, she enjoyed watching birds. She also loved to cook, take care of her home, grow flowers in her garden and work crossword puzzles. Survivors include a brother, Laurence Dahl of Vancouver; four sisters, Bea Margicin, Rene Ottinger and Ella Bradway, all of Vancouver, and Wilma Williams of Port Huenene, Calif.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur, in 1987; a son, Arnold; and two daughters, Luon and Lauraine Ross. Services were held Tuesday at Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel, Vancouver.
