Ethel V. Amelia

  Age 82, of Longview, died in a local hospital.  She was born in North Dakota, the daughter of George and Miranea B. Stordalen Johnson.  She had lived in the area since 1964, coming from Grand Ronde, Ore.
  She attended the Lutheran church and was a member of the Longview Moose and Longview Eagles auxiliaries.  Her hobbies included fishing, bingo, dancing, bowling and ceramics.
  She is survived by a sister, Inez Mathers of Cathlamet; four nieces and nephews; 16 great-nieces and great nephews; and numerous great-great nieces and nephews.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Mingo Amelia.
  Funeral services were held Monday at Dowling Funeral Home in Cathlamet with Rev. Joan Ham officiating.
