Unknown Newspaper-March 1973 AGEE, Richard D. Age 43, of Rosburg, died in an Ilwaco hospital. He was born at Dayton, and Graduated from Dayton High School in 1948. He received his BA and MA degrees at Central Washington College and started a teaching career in Ritzville School system in 1953. Later he was physical education teacher at Ritzville High School and was football, wrestling and track coach for a number of years. He came to Rosburg in 1971 from Ritzville, and was principal of the Grays River Valley Grade School. Survivors include his widow, Vivian; one son, Mark; three daughters, Jennifer, Stacey and Lynette, all at home; two brothers, James of Montague, Calif., and Donald of El Cajon, Calif.; two sisters, Lillian Gogel of Cleveland, Ohio, and Shirley Knox of Prosser; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Monday at the Naselle Lutheran Church with Rev. Floyd Yokers officiating. Penttila’s Chapel by the Sea , Long Beach, was in charge.
