Cedric Tebbs was born and raised and lived all his life in Goldendale. He was very well known and liked by the townspeople.

Mr. Tebbs was employed with the United States Department of Soil Conservation as a hydro engineer specialist.

He is seen here in this picture working on his fence at his house, in 1960.
