She married on November 26, 1886 in Yakima Abe B. Groshong. The Groshong's had twins, Mable Clara and Lloyd Clarence. Kate passed away on February 21, 1896 in White Salmon. Their son Lloyd died at the age of 9 (January 4, 1901) and is buried in this cemetery. Their daughter Clara married Rowland Hart Everett. She died on March 7, 1931 and is buried in the West Klickitat Cemetery in White Salmon. Katie's husband Abrem remarried about 1911 to Maggie [Zimmerman] Gilroy. He died on January 28, 1949, and he is also buried in the West Klickitat Cemetery in White Salmon. |
