Edward Carl Dasso

"Dasso - Edward C. Dasso of Dallesport died Sunday, April 13 in Yakima.

He was born Sept. 25, 1899 in Rock Island, Ill. He was educated in Rock Island and operated produce farms in the Rock Island and Milan area. In 1920, he married Sadie I. McGinley. Together they continued operating the produce farms until 1949.

They moved to Canby, Ore., where they engaged in private farming and also owned and operated The Dallesport Mobile Home Park.

His wife, Sadie I. Dasso, preceded him death [sic], as did his two daughters, Mrs. Marianne McKenzie Calmoer, and Betty Joyce Dasso.

Survivors include a son, Dr. Jack E. Dasso of Sunnyside; a brother, William Dasso of Panama City Beach, Fla.; a sister Mabel Greder of Lynnhaven, Fla.; six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews."
