Wayne C. Householder
"Wayne C. Householder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Householder was born June 5, 1922 at Rockland, Idaho and passed away in Goldendale December 7, 1964
at the age of 42 years and six months. He moved to Wapato with his parents in 1935. He was united in marriage to Phyllis Garrison on December 8, 1947 in Goldendale and to this union two
children were born, Robert and Scottie.
Wayne served his country in World War II in the European area for about four years with the Army Air Force and the Combat Engineers. He lived in the Goldendale area the past 3 ½ years and
worked on the John Day dam.
He leaves behind to mourn his passing, his wife and two sons, his mother and four sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Beulah Havlicak, American Falls, Idaho; Mrs. Merl Wade, Goldendale;
Mrs. Olive Scharaga, Carmichael, Calif; Mrs. Zelma Manker, Zillah; Harold Householder and Delvin Householder, both of Sunnyside, and a host of friends."
