Jason Robert Faust
"Jason Robert Faust, 25, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 1996,
in an automobile accident near White Salmon. Born July 3, 1971, in Goldendale, he graduated from
Columbia High School in 1989 in White Salmon.
Mr. Faust joined the Ironworkers Union and became
an apprentice and after completing his apprenticeship, he became a journeyman and began working
for Hollinger Construction Co. in Longview. He was a member of Ironworkers Union, Local 29. Mr. Faust
enjoyed motorcycles, jet skis, four-wheel-drive vehicles and hunting and fishing.
Survivors include
his mother, Linda Faust of Vancouver; his father and stepmother, Bob and Mary Faust of Vancouver;
a half-brother, Bobby of Vancouver; a sister, Alisa of Vancouver; a stepbrother, Chris Erickson of
Vancouver; grandparents Mildred Riley of White Salmon and Lucielle and Bob Faust of Vancouver; and
girlfriend Debbie King of Portland. A memorial service will begin at 4 today in the Columbia High School
gymnasium in White Salmon. His ashes will be buried in the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Goldendale Oct. 5.
