Johnnie Thomson
Johnnie Thomson was born in Goldendale Washington on June 22 1916 to Daniel F. Thomson and Lela Stump DeClerk. He served with distinction in the Army in World War 2. He was awarded a Bronze Star for single-handily destroying a Japanese gun placement on Attu in 1943, he also killed 30 Japs that were in 60 feet of him.

He was married to Gerry DeClerk in 1946, they later divorced.

He passed away on January 26th 1999

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Coleen and Anna.

He is survived by twin daughters, Debbie and her husband of BrushPrarie,WA and Judy and her husband of Troutdale,OR, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, and one sister Lorena.

Internment was in the IOOF Goldendale cemetery.
