Arthur William Hope

"At the home of Arthur Chapman, Goldendale, Arthur William Hope, son of S. B. and Charity Hope. He was born at Columbus, May 25, 1882, and died at Goldendale Feb. 1, 1900, aged 17 years 8 months and 24 days. He leaves a father, mother and two sisters to mourn his death.

The services were held at the Columbus, A.C. church, by Rev. L. G. Dix. The remains were laid to rest in the Columbus cemetery to wait till Jesus comes to awake the sleeping ones and give "eternal life" to all those who love His appearing."
