The Horseshoe Bend Cemetery was originally located at the site of the old Horseshoe Bend Methodist Church. It was moved to the Centerville Cemetery Located on the Dalles Mountain Road in Centerville.

The headstones are now located in the northwest corner of the Centerville Cemetery.
