YATES:
I am researching the surname YATES and know that my Great Uncle Lemuel Wyatt YATES and his wife Della (Baughman) YATES and descendants live(d) in the Moclips/Pacific Beach area. Lem was b. in West Plains, MO and moved to WA to work in the town of Bordeaux. He may have been a railroad engineer at that time too, but he did that work also in the Gray's Harbor area in the mid-40's. I would like to hear from anyone who is also researching this family, or who would know which railroad Lem might have worked for. I am descended from Lem's younger brother Will Knox YATES.
