Elmer Julian, age 74, of Richland died Sunday after a long illness at his home in Richland.
He was born in Atwood, Oklahoma where he grew up & finished high school, here he met & later married his high school
sweetheart, Jessie Mae Poole. They were married for 52 years. He came to work on the Hanford Project in 1943. Started with E.I.
DuPont & continuing with the various contractors until he retired as a chemical operator from Rockwell in 1976. He was a
pioneer member of the Richland Church of Christ, where he served as a Deacon for more than 30 years. He is survived by his wife,
Jessie Mae of Richland, 1 son Carroll Julian, Pasco, 1 daughter Linda Dalton of Anchorage, Alaska, 2 grandsons, Greg Julian,
Pasco & Jack Dalton, Anchorage, 2 granddaughters, Kathrine Liniger of Richland & Maureen Dalton of Anchorage. 1
great grandson, Michael Liniger & 1 great granddaguther, Ashley Liniger, both of Richland. 3 brothers, Fred Julian of Woodward,
Oklahoma & Edgar of Atwood, Oklahoma & William L. of Pasco, 1 sister, Ethel Julian of Altus, Oklahoma. Services will be
held Wednesday at 11 am at Einan's Funeral Home, Richland. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Richland. Memorial
may be made to the Young People's Class of the Richland Church of Christ, 933 Thayer Drive, Richland, Wa 99352. Friends may call
from 8-8 Tuesday & Wednesday 8-10 am.

Ralph G. Johnston, Sr., 75, of 1428 Farrell Lane, Richland, a retired accountant for General
Electric and ITT, died Saturday at his home. He was born in Buffalo, Minn., and lived in the Tri-Cities since 1943. Survivors
include wife, Laura; sons, Jack Johnston, Richland, Ralph Johnston Jr., Seattle; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday in Einan’s Funeral Home. Burial will be in sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call
at the funeral home Tuesday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Hermiston – James Jorgenson, 67, a Hermiston resident for three years, died Tuesday in St
Mary’s Community Hospital, Walla Walla. He was born in Summit, SD, and formerly lived in Montana. He was a member of the Eagles.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia, sons Gene Jorgenson, Stanfield; Jerry Jorgenson, Japan; Darrel, Las Vegas, Nev; daughters
Rita Pilgrem, Polson, Mont.; Glenda Medee, Houston, Texas; Linda Owens, Stanfield; Sandra Lavelle, Pendleton; brothers Melvin,
Missoula, Mont,: Clarence, Orlando; Hubert, Summit, SD; 14 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Services are scheduled
at 2 pm Monday in Burns Mortuary Chapel with burial in the Hermiston Cemetery.

Services were held today at Greenlee Funeral Home for Mildred L Johnson, 70, Mesa, who died
Monday at her home. The Rev Lester H Johnson, her son, and Ovan Bethel, officiated. Burial will be at Gothenburg, Neb., under the
direction of McVay Funeral Home.

Duane Merril Julson, 50, of Kennewick, died Tuesday in Kadlec Medical Center. He was born in
Owen, Wis, and moved to White Bluff in 1939 and to Kennewick in 1943. He attended Concordia Teachers College in Portland and
taught in Lutheran Schools for 14 years. He worked for the Washington Public Power Supply System for 10 years and was a member
of National Management Association and the King of Kings Lutheran church in Kennewick. He was preceded in death by parents Paul
and Doris Julson and brother Paul Julson Jr. Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Iva; daughters Jenea LeCompte, Annette
Erdman, Beth Daley; sons John, Joel, Mark and Paul Julson, all of Kennewick and seven grandchildren. Services will be at 2 pm
Saturday in King of Kings Lutheran Church, 5th and Edison, Kennewick. Visitation will be at Muellers Tri-Cities Funeral Home
Friday from noon until 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am until 12:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the King of
Kings Lutheran School, 5209 W Fifth Ave, Kennewick.
