Thomas Mahan of Kahlotus was calling on old friends here Wednesday.
R.F. Russell, Joseph Allen and W. E. Eden of Mesa are registered at the Hotel Cunningham this week.
C.R. Ridout, who has been in the hospital at Tacoma for the past two months, returned Wednesday.
J.F. Boson of Kahlotus, was a business visitor here Wednesday.
Mrs. M. Quackenbush returned the first of the week from the Coast and a visit with her son Ernest at Camp Lewis.

Louis Chappell is in receipt of a letter today from his son Clarence, who is now stationed at Honolulu.
Jack DeSpain one of the famous riders of the Pendleton Round Up was in Pasco on Wednesday for the day.
Ms. Michael Dolan returned the first of the week from a visit with her daughter in Portland and Mr. Donlan who is in a hospital in Tacoma.
Judd Lowery a well known insurance man of Portland spent Thursday in Pasco.
Announcement cards of the marriage last Saturday in Spokane of Miss Osie McKee and Marvin Sheffield have been received by their friends here. Both are former Pasco young people and have many friends here who wish them every happiness.
Mr. and Mrs. F.T. Kelly of 4141 W. Bonneville street expect to leave Pasco as soon as they can complete moving. They have listed their home for sale or rent and do no expect to return to Pasco to live. They go from here to Salt Lake City.

The L.S. of the B. of L. F. and E. will give a card party at the Masonic hall on Second Street, Saturday evening March, commencing at 8:30. Refreshments will be served and everybody is invited.
J.F. Sullivan was called to Walla Walla Saturday on business.
A.M. Haylett returned Tuesday from several days spent in Seattle.
William Radelmiller was a business visitor in Connell last Saturday.
Mrs. Clara Royce and Mr. and Mrs. J.N Durham motored to Walla Walla Monday in Mrs. Royce’s new car.
Mrs. W.J. Welsh returned Sunday night from Port Townsend where she visited with her son Will and family. Ed Welsh, who recently went from Pasco to enlist in the navy is also at Port Townsend and is at present in the Naval Coast Guard service.
Michael Dolan, who was injured when a hand car driven by a section crew ran into the speeder which he was running and is now in the Northern Pacific hospital at Tacoma, is reported much improved at this date.
Mrs. Gerard Ryzek is spending the week in Spokane and vicinity with her parents and friends.
Walter Schmidtman who has been visiting his parent here for the past week, returned to Bremerton Wednesday night.
John Steele and E.L. Cline, two prominent farmers of the Kahlotus district transacted business at the Court house Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. F.G. Pierret of Snake River Junction motored to Pasco Saturday on business.
The following Pascoites have purchased cars during the week; T.J. Cooper an Overland, Miss Leverich a 1918 Saxon, and Dr. H.B. O’Brien a Chalmers.
Ernest Barnes of Lind who was the guest for the week end of Mrs. And Mrs. J.A. Shupe left Tuesday night for his home.
G.D. Longmuir of Tacoma was called to Pasco this week in connection with the case of Foy vis The Pacific Power & Light Co.
Judge Hugh Oswald of Spokane and Attorney Moulton of Kennewick were in Pasco this week in connection with the suit against the P. P. & L. Co.
