Decree of Foreclosure and Order of Sales dated 28 June 1902
The County of Franklin, A Municipal Corporation, Organized and Existing Under the Laws of the State of Washington
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, IN AND FOR FRANKLIN COUNTY.
This cause coming on this day to be heard upon the application for judgment foreclosing tax liens filed herein, by the county Treasurer of said County, plaintiff, and due and legal service having been made on each of the defendants herein, and the time for appearance having expired and none of the said defendants having appeared or answered, the default of each of said defendants is now declared and entered; and upon the proofs adduced, it appearing to the Court that the statements and allegations set forth in said application are true, the Court finds as follows:
That there is now outstanding and unredeemed a certificate of delinquency issued on the 1st day of August, 1901, by the County Treasurer of the County of Franklin, State of Washington, for the amounts hereinafter set forth, the same being the amounts then due and delinquent for taxes for years 1895 and all years prior thereto, as will more particularly appear from said certificate of delinquency annexed to said application for judgment, together with penalty, interest and costs thereon, upon real property situate in said County, a more particular description of which will hereinafter appear. That more than four years have elapsed since the original date of delinquency of the taxes for the year 1895 and all prior years before the commencement of this action; that the plaintiff herein is a municipal corporation, to-wit, a County, organized and existing under the laws of the State of Washington.
That the plaintiff is the lawful owner of said certificate of delinquency; that plaintiff here in has a good and lawful lien against said property hereinafter described for the sums hereinafter set forth, that summons and notice has been duly served in this proceeding as required by the statute of this State, and such statute complied with in all other respects pertaining hereto.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that plaintiff herein be given judgment against the property hereinafter described for the aforesaid amount of plaintiff’s lien, with costs amounting to ten cents for each description hereinafter contained, which said judgment shall be a several judgment against each tract or lot or part of tract or lot of land hereinbefore mentioned in the amount set opposite thereto as follows:
The Township and Range in all cases hereinafter mentioned is North and East respectively of the Willamette Meridian.

Now Therefore, in the name of the State of Washington, You, C.S. O’Brien, County Treasurer, in and for said County, or your successor in office, are hereby commanded, ordered and directed, to sell, according to law, the premises hereinbefore mentioned, together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment herein, together with interest, costs and accruing costs thereon.
